Office appointments

Appointments may be scheduled with one of our team members. Our office policy requires that you provide a 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule any office visit and 48-hours notice to cancel or reschedule any outpatient endoscopy procedure (Colonoscopy, Upper Endoscopy, etc).

If you fail to provide us a 24-hours notice to cancel an office visit, or a 48-hours notice to cancel an outpatient procedure you will be charged a "no show" fee of $50.00.

Please bring the following to your first appointment:

  • Completed New Patient Forms (4)
  • Referral documents from your primary care physician (if applicable)
  • Recent blood work and/or X-ray reports (if available)
  • Current billing and insurance information

If medical records are to be sent by your referring physician(s), please call us to verify that we have received them prior to your visit.

Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, please contact our office at 210.509.8888. For after hours emergencies, please contact our answering service at 210.509.8888. The "on call" physician who receives your telephone call will determine the best course of action for your emergency.

Prescription refills should be handled during regular business hours and are not considered an emergency.
